Making Contact

Step 1

When the client contacts us, we will discuss the property location, the desired outcome the client is looking for on the property, and what inspections and evaluations will be needed to maintain the property successfully. For example, for a country home, it is recommended to have a well and septic inspection and test. Additionally, a radon test may be recommended for a house with a basement. All these items will be thoroughly discussed, and a plan will be developed before the start of the process.

Step 2

The Inspection

Our team will visually inspect the property, which will take approximately three to five hours. We will use the pictures and notes from the inspection to build the inspection report and a maintenance worksheet. Once the report and evaluation are completed, and all the test results gathered during the inspection are back from the labs, we will set a time to review and discuss the report with the client.

Step 3

The Customization and Planning Meeting.

After reviewing the report and maintenance procedures, we can proceed to talk about the future maintenance plan. The client may have only requested an inspection and maintenance list, or they may want RMG to handle all the maintenance tasks on the list. Typically, the plan falls somewhere in between these two options which is why RMG provides customized plans to suit our customers. We offer monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual that can be set up for one to five years on a property.

Step 4

The Quote

To complete the quoting process, we review all the data and follow up with clients or vendors for any questions. We then build a customized quote for their residential or commercial property based on their specific needs. After the quote is complete, we meet with the client to discuss any changes or questions on the customized plan.

Step 5

Scheduling

After the Maintenance plan is documented, we can arrange the first visit according to the client's availability Our team will arrive within the scheduled time frame and perform the agreed-upon task. We will follow up with a call a few days later to that we have met of the client's expectations distinguishing our company from other service providers.
